These Aromatherapy oil blends can be used in Diffusers and Burners to create a spa like feel in your own home. Just add 5 or 6 drops into the water of your diffuser or burner. You can also add 3 or 4 drops to a carrier oil such as jojoba or sweet almond oil to use them in your bath or as a body oil.
