A choice of three beautiful original A4 linoprints of delicate wild meadow grasses, handprinted in handprinted in black on beautiful handmade 30gsm Nepalese Lokta paper. I’ve admired Sam’s beautiful and intricate flower and plant lino cuts for a long time and when I saw her working on this new meadow grass trio, I contacted her straight away to see if I could stock them.
The grasses are printed using quality black safe wash relief ink, and the paper is a dark natural biscuit colour with a beautiful translucency. The prints can be purchased individually or as a set of 3 – please select your option at checkout. Prints are named Meadow Grasses I, II and III on the bottom left hand corner of each print.
Each print measures A4 size – approx. 21 x 30cm (approx 8.5 x 12″) and has hand torn deckled edges. The actual image size is approx. 20 x 28cm. The print could be framed with a mount or would look great floated in a large frame. You can also put them in these hanging magnetic frames if you keep them against the card back they come with to strengthen them.
As seen in the images below, this print is also available in black on dark natural Himalayan Lokta paper.
As each one is carefully printed by hand, there may be minor differences in print as that is one of the joys of hand printing, every print is unique!
To avoid using plastic, the print is backed with recycled card and wrapped carefully in tissue paper. It will be sent to you by Royal Mail Second Class post (UK) but if you need quicker delivery, please contact me.
