When I saw the colours and shapes of Raphaela’s work, they were just what I wanted for my autumn 2020 hedgerow inspired collection. The smokey blues and bluey blacks remind me of sloes and damsons and stormy skies. I love the shape and size of these butter dishes. There are only a few of these available and no two are the same.
All Raphaela’s pottery is made in her home studio in Devon on the potter’s wheel. She uses speckled stoneware clay, which is then twice fired up to 1250c, and all her glazes are lead-free and food safe. If this design isn’t in stock, the average make time is 3 to 4 weeks.
Available in 2 colours: Sloe Light Blue and Damson Blue Black. If you want a mix of the 2 on one dish, just send me a message as they look really good combined too (e.g. light blue cover, black base or black cover, light blue base)
Size: Height 6cm by Width 17cm base dish and W14.5cm cover. Handle: 2.5cm high
