I was looking for a new maker of pinecone candles for this Autumn and found the lovely Jan and Julie, two women who make beautiful beeswax candles in Wales. This pinecone candle has a lovely longer and thinner cone shape, with approximately 90g of pure beeswax and a cotton wick, and an average burn time of 10 hours! They have a lovely soft honey smell and create a beautiful soft glow light.
Size: Height 10.5cm x Width: 5.5 cm. Burn time approx 9 hrs.
Please note that the beeswax Jan and Julie use is a 100% natural, organic material (no additives, colour, scent enhancers or wax types are and will ever be present), and it behaves as such. The colour, burning time, the way it melts varies from one batch of beeswax to the other. If your candle looks ‘dusty’, don’t worry. All 100% pure beeswax candles will develop so-called ‘bloom’ over time. It is a whitish film, and it is a cherished indicator of purity.
