New for Spring, James of Jem Woodcraft has made me these beautiful little coffee scoops from locally grown wild cherry wood. I’m a big coffee drinker and it feels so much nicer scooping out my coffee beans to grind with this wooden spoon, than with the plastic scoop I had before! Each one is unique and painted with a warm yellow milk paint. There are two styles – the little chevron handled one that looks a bit like a fish or the rounder scoops with spiral carved handles.
I love James’s sustainable crafting too – he only takes a branch or 2 from a tree which provides about 10 spoons and he replants 2 trees for every one he uses.
Size: approx 6 to 8cm
Materials: Wild cherry wood
Please note, spoons may vary slightly from photo as each one is handmade.
