Delivery Times

CHRISTMAS 2025 – The last order date for orders to arrive in time for Christmas is midnight on Friday 19th December. All orders placed that day will be sent via 24-hour tracked Royal Mail on Saturday to be sure they arrive on time. If you would prefer to use a different service, please send me an email.

I aim to process and despatch all orders within 72 hours, depending on stock availability and when the order is placed. If your order is placed on a Friday, it won’t go out until the following Tuesday. If you need your order to arrive on a specific day for a special occasion, please specify that in the Notes box of the order form or send me an email and I can let you know what is possible.

Certain items are subject to longer make-times as stated in the product descriptions on the website as they are made bespoke. If your order is going to be delayed due to make times, I will email you to let you know.

Delivery Prices

There are 3 tiers of UK postage and packaging prices. All orders over £30 are sent via 48-hour tracked service and should arrive within 2-3 working days from despatch. Orders under £30 will go via Royal Mail 2nd Class standard post.

Individual small/flat and lightweight items (e.g.notebook/wash bag/tea towel) – £3.25

Small parcels – £4.45

Large parcels – £6.45

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

I can send out orders Overseas by request – please email your order to naomi@thesetwohands.co.uk so that I can work out the parcel weights and I can let you know how much the different postage options to your address will be.

I aim to send out any orders within 72 hours of receiving them if items are in stock, but please allow up to 5 days in the run up to Christmas for despatch. You will get an automated email saying “COMPLETED” when your order has been sent out. The last order date and time for orders to arrive in time for Christmas in 2025 is Friday 19th December – these will be upgraded to 24-hour tracked service for free to ensure that they arrive on time.

Packaging

All orders are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, and packaged in recycled card postage boxes filled with wood wool protection which is easily recyclable. I do not send out paper despatch notes to avoid wasting paper, so you will receive an email confirmation of your order and another “Order Completed” email when your order has been despatched.

No invoices or paperwork are sent out with orders so if you are sending a gift directly, the recipient won’t get any details of the price with their gift.

I can add a card with a handwritten gift message in with gift orders for free – please write your gift message in the Notes box of the order form.

Free Local Collection/Delivery

If you live in or around Bristol and want to collect your order from me, please select the FREE local collection option at the checkout, or email me your order and contact details and I will get in touch to arrange payment and collection.

Gift Orders

You can choose Gift Wrap or Gift Box options at the Checkout. Just write that it’s a gift in the Notes box of the order form and write your message for the card there too. And use the recipient’s address as the delivery address when entering the delivery details.
