Returns & Exchanges

Everything on the These Two Hands website is of the highest quality and made to last and I hope you will enjoy your purchases for years to come. However if you decide that you do not want a product you purchased and would like to return it, please send it back to me at the address below for an exchange or a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by a receipt.

To return or exchange a product, please email or call 0117 941 8648 between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday. You will need to have your order number and a receipt or proof of purchase. The return address is: These Two Hands, 3 St Anne’s Terrace Bristol, BS4 4DY, United Kingdom and clearly mark the box ‘RETURNS’

I will refund the full purchase price upon receipt of the returned items, if they were bought with a discount code, only the amount paid is refundable. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you have had your purchase more than 30 days, I cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Also certain items such as food and drink or magazines cannot be returned. Please do not send your purchase back to the maker directly.


Once I have received and checked your return, I will email you to notify you that your returned item has been received and to let you know if and when your refund will be processed. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 working days.

If you haven’t received a refund after that time, double check your bank account and contact your bank as there may be some processing time before a refund shows in your account. If you still have not received your refund after that, please contact me via email


If any item is defective or damaged upon arrival I will replace it. If you want to exchange it for the same item again, please email me and return the item to the above address marked ‘EXCHANGE’.

Returns postage

To return your product, please send it to: These Two Hands, 3 St Anne’s Terrace Bristol, BS4 4DY, United Kingdom and mark the box ‘RETURNS’.

If you return an item for a refund, I will refund the total item price paid minus the original postage cost. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and to ensure the item reaches me, it is safest to use a trackable service. If I do not receive the returned item, I won’t be able to issue a refund.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you want to return an item for an exchange, I will refund the total price paid minus the original postage cost but I then won’t charge you any additional postage to send out the new item to you. Please note that if an item has been made for you bespoke by the maker, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

If for some reason the item you receive is faulty, please return it straight away and I will refund the total price paid including the original postage cost and I will refund you for the postage you have paid to return the item as well.
